Applications are invited for Research Programs (Ph.D./ M.S.(Engg.)/MS) at Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR), Bangalore.
Eligibility Requirements
For Ph.D.:
Candidates with an M Sc., B E, B Tech, M E, M Tech or MBBS are eligible to apply; They should have at least 50% in their highest University examination, and should also have qualified in the GATE / UGC - CSIR - NET, JRF / ICMR, JRF / JEST / or any other advanced entrance examination. Candidates with a Master's degree in Engineering/Technology/ Medicine, however, do not require a qualifying exam. (Typically the selected candidates are either CSIR qualified or have GATE/JEST percentile score of 90 or above).
For MS:
Candidates with an M Sc., B E, B Tech, M E, M Tech or MBBS are eligible to apply; They should have at least 50% in their highest University examination, and should also have qualified in the GATE / UGC - CSIR - NET, JRF/ICMR, JRF/ JEST/ or any other advanced entrance examination.
