A number of research studentships for PhD are available in the
institute in its different laboratories: Low Temperature Physics,
Material Science, X-ray & Electron Spectroscopy, Raman Spectroscopy,
Mossbauer Spectroscopy etc.
Qualification: M.Sc. Physics (with at least 60% marks), NET, SLET
qualified candidates will be preferred.
Fellowship: As per UGC norms.
Candidates called for interview will be reimbursed to and fro
travelling expenses limited to sleeper class rail fare from their
place of residence in India to Indore by shortest route.
Interested candidates should apply with CV, passport photograph and
photocopy of relevant documents. The envelope containing the
application must be super-scribed with "Application for Research
