Applications are invited for  Two positions of Junior Research Fellow to work on the following project in TIFR :

"Spin resolved photoemission spectroscopy".

QUALIFICATIONS     : M.Sc. (Physics) with first class.

JOB REQUIREMENT : Research work involves setting up of a Spin-resolved photo emission spectrometer.  The candidate has to learn ultra-high vacuum systems,  creation and maintenance of the spectrometer.  He has to make electron-beam evaporators and use them to prepare single crystalline films, multi layer and nano structures.

Appointment is temporary as JRF for first two years, extendable & upgraded to SRF after two years depending upon performance.

FELLOWSHIP                                                   : Rs 16,000/-  + HRA as admissible.
