The participant should not write his / her name, name of college / school etc any where in the write up. This may reveal his/her identity. However, an extra sheet must be attached which will display the following :

The invited entries will be paid railway sleeper class fare and reservation charges (to and fro) from work place to convention place plus expenses on carrying the equipment if necessary. The selected participant has to come with his own setup for final demonstration. In case of joint authors as per IAPT rules only one of the participants is eligible to receive traveling charges.
